Q: Why resuable?
A: It’s simple. Throwaway plastic bottles are a big problem. In the UK, over 35 million bottles are used each day, with 16 million of these not being recycled. This rubbish needs to go somewhere. Currently, there are 165 million tonnes of plastic floating in the ocean. There will be more plastic than fish in the seas by 2050 if this continues. We need to reduce the usage of throwaway plastic and protect our planet for our children and for generations to come.
Q: Is the bottle BPA-free
A: The bottle is made from 100% BPA-free plastic.
FIRST TIME USE
Q: Is my bottle ready to go?
A: Before using for the first time we recommend you wash your bottle, holding by the handle (never the strap), in warm soapy water. Dry by turning upside down and then you are ready to fill up and start hitting your daily #mamaswatergoals
LOOKING AFTER YOUR BOTTLE
Q: How do I look after my bottle?
A: Mamas Fuel water bottles should only be used for their intended purposes.
Always hold your bottle by the handle and NEVER the strap.
Do not place in the microwave.
Do not place in the freezer (although if you like cooler water, the wide mouth is perfect for ice cubes)
Q: How do I clean my Mamas Fuel bottle?
A: Bottles should be hand-washed with warm soapy water after every use. Bottles aren’t dishwasher safe as it can cause the seal to become defective. We recommend that you dry your bottle upside down and store with the cap undone.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your Returns policy?
A: Each bottle is carefully checked before being posted. Unless your bottle is faulty or damaged in transit we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund.
If you believe your bottle is faulty please email email@example.com with the subject line ‘return’ and include your order number, reason for return and photo/video evidence that demonstrates the fault. Our team will respond within 2 working days.
Mamas Fuel will replace, at its discretion, any bottle with a manufacturing defect, free of charge. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear and/or caused by incorrect use of the product, or through incorrectly holding the bottle by the strap, accidental dropping and/or negligence.
Refunds will be given via the original payment method
Mamas Fuel has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped if the order was returned due to an incorrect address being provided, or the product was returned.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to all of the UK and Ireland
Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: Our packaging team operate from Monday to Friday and the cut-off time for orders is 11am. Orders placed after 11am will normally be packed and dispatched within 2 working days. All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail and will take approximately 3 working days to arrive.
If you selected our UK Express Delivery option this will be packed and despatched within 1 working day and delivered next day.
We offer a reduced rate delivery to the Republic of Ireland and this will usually take 4-6 working days from dispatch.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the UK and Ireland.
